Mr. Ivan Schofield is a Managing Partner for Coaching at Metin Mitchell & Company.

Mr. Schofield has been a leadership and executive coach since 2017, during which time he has coached nearly 100 senior executives to help them become more effective in role and position them for greater responsibility within their organisations.

He has held senior leadership and board roles for over 25 years, mostly as MD / CEO and as a Non-Executive Director. This experience has encompassed start-ups, growth phase, large scale and multiple geographies coupled with a variety of stakeholder environments, from multi-national corporate, to UK Plc, private equity and private family owned.

Developing leaders became a deeply held passion for Mr. Schofield during his executive career and he coaches CEOs and senior leaders in various industries in a professional capacity today with an approach that is grounded in his own practical experience and observation of leadership, coupled with a deep affinity with the personal and professional challenges of the role.

In parallel to his coaching practice, he maintains a portfolio of non-executive roles and undertakes pro-bono coaching and mentoring promote diversity around the executive committee and board table.

Mr. Schofield holds a BSc Economics with Econometrics (1989) from the University of Bath (UK), an MBA from INSEAD and numerous coaching accreditations including Meyler Campbell Masters (2015), Diploma in advanced Gestalt and is also BPS Level 1 Accredited CBT Practitioner and a Certified Practitioner in the Hogan Assessment and Human Synergistics Life Style Inventory.
