Susann has more than 20 years’ global business experience with communication technology and services companies in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. She has built and managed businesses and business units; and held VP executive positions heading sales, business development and product management for companies including Hewlett Packard, Qwest Communications, Vicorp and VoiceObjects.

Susann has a deep understanding of technology and its business impact for opportunities and risks. She defined and managed new product lines for a number of companies, including a converged communications service delivery platform, later acquired by Motorola, and a speech/multimedia application server platform.

She has worked in Human Capital Consulting since 2009 on executive search assignments in the telecom, technology retail, regulatory, industrial, education, healthcare/pharmaceutical industries for clients in the MENA, Europe and ASPAC regions.
