Sam Jayasundera has over 20 years working in corporate and entrepreneurial environments as an HR professional.
Sam was previously with Emirates NBD, one of the largest Banks in the Middle East, where she was responsible for a large-scale digital transformation culture change. Sam is also an entrepreneur having grown her own successful HR Consultancy previously.
Sam has worked globally in the technology and financial services sectors, managing multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multicultural business environments. In these executive roles, Sam was called on to develop and implement diversity & inclusion strategies, pioneer culture and digital transformation initiatives, undertake strategic HR development & employee engagement and other change management initiatives.
She is a graduate of University of Leicester in HR Management. Sam also holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, in addition to being a certified MBTI and Predictive Index Certified Practitioner.
