Michael Thibouville is an expert on compensation policy who has joined us from Gulf Investment Corporation in Kuwait. He has spent 11 years in the MENA region advising CEOs of leading banks, financial institutions and trading companies.

He started his career at Lloyds Bank Group in London and Brazil before joining Inchcape Group as worldwide Compensation Director responsible for developing policy for 46,000 employees in 16 countries. There he introduced a long-term share option scheme to help incentivise employees.

He has also worked for DHL as their Far East Head of Human Resources based in Hong Kong and in the USA for Quintiles, the world’s largest pharmaceutical drug testing organization where he was the SVP Head of Worldwide HR.

He has an MBA from Middlesex University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
